I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.” This single statement satisfies UK GDPR, CASL and the Australian Spam Act 2003.

Post-purchase and marketing communications may include business updates, new service or product information and useful resources or recommendations. Transactional emails such as purchase confirmations and project communications are sent regardless of marketing consent.
Every marketing email sent from Omnisend includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking this will remove you from our marketing list. Unsubscribe requests via the link are processed within 72 hours. Manual requests submitted to support@gemroberts.co.uk are processed within 14 days. You may receive marketing emails during this processing window; these are not intentional continuation of marketing.
We do not sell, rent, share email addresses with any third party for marketing purposes. Email addresses are stored in Omnisend and are used solely for the purposes stated in this policy.
In the event that this business is sold or transferred, subscribers will be informed in advance. Your data will not be automatically transferred to the new owner without your explicit consent. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe before any transfer of subscriber data takes place.
