All content published on this website including written copy, graphics, brand assets, frameworks, methodologies and downloadable resources is the intellectual property of Gem Roberts, trading as Gem Roberts – Systems Strategist, unless otherwise stated. All rights reserved.

1.1 - Permitted Use

  • You may view, print and share content for personal or internal business use only

Without prior written permission you may not:

1.3 - Client Deliverables

  • The report structure, methodology, template and framework remain the intellectual property of Gem Roberts
  • The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverable for their own business purposes
  • The client’s business data and information contained within any deliverable remain entirely the property of the client
  • Deliverables may not be shared, redistributed or resold without prior written permission

1.4 - Testimonials and Case Studies

By default, all project references and outcomes are used anonymously. No identifying information about you, your business or your clients will ever be shared without your explicit written consent via a signed Testimonial and Project Win Release Form. 

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing legal@gemroberts.co.uk. Material already published will be removed within 14 days to the best of our ability. We are not responsible for content already indexed by search engines or republished by third parties beyond our control.  

Some testimonials or case studies may relate to services provided at a discounted or complimentary rate. This will always be clearly disclosed.
