Gem Roberts, Systems Strategist currently offers and services are available with the exception of the European Union and any territories, persons or entities subject to UK sanctions as listed on the UK Sanctions List (gov.uk/government/publications/the-uk-sanctions-list). We reserve the right to decline orders from any sanctioned territory without notice.

Sales to customers based in the European Union are not currently available. This decision has been made while we assess our compliance obligations under the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into force on 13 December 2024.

If you are based in the EU, we are not able to process your order at this time. We hope to open EU sales in the future and will update this page when that changes.
