Services Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to all services and deliverables provided by Gem Roberts – Systems Strategist and must be read alongside the Client Terms of Service and the Income and Results Disclaimer.

1. - Scope of Services

All audit, diagnostic and consultation services deliver observations, diagnosis and recommendations only. This includes the Diagnostic Consultation and Power Hour

1.1 - No Guarantee of Outcomes

  • No guarantee is made of improved conversions, increased revenue, improved customer behaviour or any other business outcome
  • No guarantee is made that resolving issues identified in a deliverable will produce any specific result
  • No guarantee is made that recommendations will be suitable for implementation without modification

1.2 - Implementation

  • Recommendations are provided as guidance only
  • Implementation is the sole responsibility of the client unless a separate implementation service has been purchased
  • Gem Roberts is not responsible for outcomes resulting from implementation, partial implementation or errors made during implementation by the client or any third party

1.3 - Scope Limitations

Audits

  • Audit services cover UX design, customer experience and technical functionality only
  • Audit services do not include copywriting assessment, conversion optimisation advice or paid advertising strategy unless specifically stated
  • Audit services do not include legal or financial advice
  • Where a client has not disclosed all relevant information and fixing the presented problem causes or reveals another problem, Gem Roberts is not responsible for that additional issue. Scope is limited to what was disclosed at intake

These scope limitations represent the general terms applicable across all services. Product-specific scope limitations are stated on the relevant product page and at checkout. Where product-specific scope terms differ from these general terms, the product-specific terms take precedence.

Power Hours

  • Support is limited to the specific platform booked (ThriveCart or Kit)
  • The session covers the problem or topic submitted at booking only
  • Full system builds, design services and work outside the 60-minute session are not included

Diagnostic Consultation

  • The consultation covers one defined problem area submitted at intake
  • It delivers observations and recommendations only
  • No written report is included unless the async option has been purchased
  • Implementation of any recommendations is the client’s responsibility unless a separate implementation service has been purchased

These scope limitations represent the general terms applicable across all services. Product-specific scope limitations are stated on the relevant product page and at checkout. Where product-specific scope terms differ from these general terms, the product-specific terms take precedence.

1.4 - AI-Assisted Outputs

Certain written outputs are drafted with the assistance of Claude, an AI tool developed by Anthropic. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by Gem Roberts before delivery. The analysis, judgement, and recommendations in every deliverable are Gem Roberts’ own.

When AI assistance is used in preparing a deliverable, only the information relevant to the task is referenced. Personal data identifying you or your clients is not submitted to any AI tool. Session recordings, credentials, financial details, and confidential business information are never used as AI inputs.

We operate strict internal processes to prevent personal data from being submitted to AI tools. Humans are not infallible, however, and on rare occasions something may get through despite these controls. If this happens, we will identify it as quickly as possible, take immediate steps to limit any impact, and notify you without undue delay in line with our data breach obligations. We treat any accidental submission of personal data to an AI tool with the same seriousness as any other data incident.

1.5 - Platform Dependency

Gem Roberts cannot be held responsible for changes to third-party platform features, pricing, availability or behaviour that affect the applicability of any recommendation after delivery
